In Cuba lobsters are served in many ways, but are most often grilled. If you like seafood you should definitely try it. It is really good! You will get huge portions. A lot of paladares and restaurants serve lobster, and they are really good at it. You could travel round the island and have lobster almost everywhere. Expect to pay around 13-20 Euro per person.
The lobster in Cuba is spiny lobsters, also known as langouste or rock lobsters (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiny_lobster). They do not have claws like the lobster in the North Atlantic.
(Not everyone find the Cuban lobster to be as good as we do, and find the North Atlantic lobster to be better. But, that’s their opinion. 🙂
